“Between 3th and 8th of November we got the chance to participate in a workshop at Sucha Beskidzka, Poland. We were hosted by the University College of Tourism and Ecology in this beautiful city, which is surrounded by the Beskidy mountains.
We gained a lot of new experiences and knowledge on Brand Research and Incubator of Startups in the Economy Area. We had the opportunity to create valuable relationships.
Although the weather was rainy, and our timetable was eventful, we had the chance to get to know our fellow participants from Italy, England and Poland. And for sure, we could not miss the must-see part of Sucha Beskidzka with it’s 400 years old famous pub and the building of the University which is in the Castel. On Wednesday we had the chance to travel to Auschwitz/Birkenau to get a picture of what they did in the infamous death factory and working camp. On Thursday at the Ethnographic park in Zubrzyca Gorna we could experience the rural polish lifestyle how did they lived in the old times, and we learnt the process of making bread from the very first steps. In the evening of the Last day we had a banquet accompanied by polish musicians with traditional polish foods.
We had a marvellous time in Poland, and we hope we can continue cooperating in this this useful and valuable project.”
