László GADÁR graduated at University of Pannonia (Veszprém, Hungary) in 2003 as an environmental engineer.
His research topic is to find patterns with network science tools in education-occupation graph made from register-based, individual level career path microdata of Hungarian graduates.
He was the leader of Career Office at the University of Pannonia. He introduced the career path analyzing system to the University within the framework of the Hungarian Graduate Career Tracking System and organized the full process of the yearly survey until 2015.
From 2017 he is a part-time researcher in MTA-PE Budapest Ranking Research Group. He works as a consultant at Innopod Solutions Ltd.
