At our Veszprém site, more than 500 employees are engaged in the production and sale of plastic parts and cable assemblies.

Indirekt buyer
TASKS
– market observation for own material group
– perform demand analysis and action derivation
– national research in usual media (internet, catalogues, etc.)
– inquiry creation for less complex requirements
– product cost calculation
– operational and strategic assessment
– planning and execution
– implementation of small, simple project with few interfaces
– participation in classification of suppliers (setup, development, reduction)
– organization of supplier audits

Warehaus Process Specialist
TASKS
– Participation and co-ordination of logistics projects or work packages as assigned by the supervisor in accordance to the global logistics strategy
– Planning/ implementation (moderation) of project meetings, workshops or steering committee meetings for giving project updates
– Rollout of logistics projects locally
– Be supportive on the continuous equipping and knowledge enhancement of the logistics Operation’s team and teach them the use of logistics software functions and tools to enhance their work performance
– Drive improvement action points or tasks as assigned
– Creation of new functional requirements specifications for IT solutions as guided by the supervisor.
– Create reports, data sources and statistics to provide a basis for professional decision making. Developing, evaluating and interpreting key figures and transferring them into process improvements
– Train and equip staff to use software tools or queries (prepared ones) to streamline their work and reduce on manual content as much as possible
PROFESSIONAL EXPECTATIONS
– degree in business administration or industrial engineering and management
– business fluent English (written and spoken)
– secure IT Skills, especially in MS Office applications. Experience in dealing with databases ( MS Access )
– preferably having relevant working experience in an industry which fosters logistics skills and/or in warehouse environment good communication skills
– Inquisitive and quick learner, willingness to take over wide array of logistic improvement related projects
