Zsuzsanna BANÁSZ graduated at University of Pannonia (Veszprém, Hungary) in 2007 in Economics and received her Ph.D. degree in economics in 2014, with a thesis about macro- and micro-level analysis of the spread of solar photovoltaic cells.
She was lecturer of Department of Economics between 2004-2010, then became the member of Department of Quantitative Methods in 2011.
She is teaching from 2004 at University of Pannonia: Microeconomics, Introduction to Economics, Statistics and Econometrics. Her research activities focused on photovoltaic solar systems, its macroeconomic effects, and willingness-to-pay for it by household, then poverty (extreme poverty, housing poverty).
She was assistant research fellow in MTA-PE Networked Research Group on Regional Innovation and Development Studies between 2013 and 2016.
From 2017 she is research fellow in MTA-PE Budapest Ranking Research Group.
