The Pannónia Scholarship Programme facilitates the creation of impactful international partnerships through bilateral agreements. By joining the programme, your institution will connect with Hungarian universities, colleges, research centres, and public or private organizations, opening the door to collaborative training, teaching, and research initiatives. This global network enhances the learning and teaching experiences for students and staff alike.

The programme offers various mobility options, both long-term and short-term, for students and staff, enabling them to gain international experience and exposure. Your institution will benefit from hosting talented Hungarian students and staff, enriching your academic community. Additionally, you can provide your own students and staff with outbound mobility opportunities to Hungary, supported by comprehensive scholarships covering travel, accommodation, and tuition fees.

The Pannónia Scholarship Programme boasts a significant budget of HUF 10 billion, allowing to support around 8,000 students and staff over the coming years. With a special focus on excellence, 200 of these participants will study at the world’s top universities. The programme also offers generous financial grants for various types of mobility, ensuring that participants have the resources needed to fully engage in their international experiences.

Partnering institutions will be able to engage in diverse mobility projects, including study periods, traineeships, research opportunities, conferences, and summer universities. The programme’s flexibility allows you to tailor exchanges that best fit your institution’s priorities, from academic collaboration to research development and beyond.
