GlobeAir is Europe’s leading private jet charter airline based in Linz / Hörsching in Austria. Our fleet consists of 21 Cessna Citation Mustang jets flying all over Europe.
Due to the increasing demand for private flights, they are looking for talented and passionate people to join our Crew Support team as soon as possible.
They offer a full time, permanent job, a competitive salary: annual gross salary from € 30800,- (it’s € 2200,- gross per month because in Austria 13th and 14th month salary are mandatory) and a relocation package including first month accommodation in hotel paid by GlobeAir.
They are a multinational team, only a few of our colleagues originate from Austria. Don’t worry about moving to abroad. They all did it and worked out well. Austria is a very welcoming country. They will share our experiences with you and help you with settling down here. They all speak English, no knowledge of German language required for this job.
Crew Support Officer is the person who is responsible for crew planning, monitoring the duty and rest hours of our pilots. You will be the primary contact with them and also responsible for arranging hotel accommodation, airline / train tickets and rental cars for their positioning travels between their homes and our aircraft before and at the end of their duty rotations. Most of your work will be communication via email, phone, Slack and face-to-face in the office. Place of your work will be in our headquarter office building in Hörsching. You will be provided with company laptop computer, company phone and access to additional screens, printer and all other office appliances you might need for your work. No special qualification needed for this job. If you master English language and if you can work with computers at end-user level you are ready to join us. Special software applications and aviation related rules and regulations will be taught to you by our experienced senior colleagues. Probation period is one month. This is enough for newcomers to learn the required knowledge for this job.
