American Corner Veszprém is turning its regular English Conversation Club into a Halloween Potluck Costume Party on October 30!
When: October 30, 2014, 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Where: Kisfaludy Room, Eötvös Károly County Library (entrance from Komakút tér)
Here’s the concoction AC Veszprém has put together for you:
There will still be plenty of chatting PLUS
– lots of English language board games
– short presentations on Halloween traditions, ghosts, and ghostly places in the U.S. by American visitors, and professors at the English and American Studies Institute, University of Pannonia
– exciting Halloween games and activties
– a costume contest with ACH prizes (results at 8:00)
– Halloween crafts
– delicious snacks and drinks
Please, contribute to this potluck event with snacks and/or soft drinks of your choice.
